What is ecopaws, and how does it work? ecopaws provides personalised pet care subscription boxes curated based on your pet’s unique needs. Simply choose a plan, share your pet’s details, and we’ll deliver a customised care pack to your doorstep every cycle.
Do I need an account to place an order? Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. This allows us to verify your details and ensures you can manage your subscriptions, track orders, and receive updates easily.
Can I buy a one-time box without subscribing? Not at the moment, but we plan to offer it in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? For Subscription Plans, we accept Credit/Debit Card. We accept PayNow on delivery and cash/PayNow for self-collection.
How will I be charged for my subscription? Your selected payment method will be charged automatically monthly.
Can I change my payment method after subscribing? For subscription plans, payment details cannot be changed after the billing cycle starts. However, for one-time curated box purchases, you can update your payment details before the next payment is processed by contacting our support team.
Why did my payment fail, and what should I do? Payments may fail due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank restrictions. We will retry the payment, but if it continues to fail, update your payment method or contact your bank.
Subscription & Modifications
Can I customise the products in my subscription box? Yes! After receiving your curated list, you can text us on WhatsApp to swap any products before delivery.
How do I modify or cancel my subscription? Yes! After receiving your curated list, you can text us on WhatsApp to swap any products before delivery.
When do I need to cancel to avoid being charged for the next cycle? You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges. Once billed, cancellations will apply to the following cycle.
If I cancel my subscription, will I get a refund? No, once a billing cycle is charged, it remains active until the end of the period. Refunds are not provided for unused time.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Do you charge for delivery? We charge $4.80 for delivery via NinjaVan for all orders. However, self-pickup is free to promote sustainability and reduce your pet’s carbon pawprint.
What happens if my order is delayed? If a delay is caused by ecopaws, you’ll receive free delivery on your next order. We are not responsible for third-party logistics delays.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Yes, but changes must be requested before your order is processed. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my ecopaws subscription box? Due to the personalised nature of our boxes, returns are not accepted, except for damaged or incorrect items.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund? Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
